Avon Advanced Leadership: Levels Overview

The new Advanced Leadership structure consists of 12 titles split across 4 levels: Coordinators, Leaders, Executive Leaders and VIP. Find out more about title qualifications and the improved commission structure.

Title qualification will be based on:
  • Personal Sales
  • Generation 1 Active Representatives (Net Sales greater than zero with an order)
  • Generation 1 Downline Sales Leaders (using Paid Title, formally known as Commission Title)
  • Total Group Sales (Personal Sales plus Generation 1 – 3)*
Commission structure:
  • Percentage of commission based upon generation (rather than order size within the generation)
  • Orders less than minimum order value contribute towards Group Sales qualification but are not eligible for commission
*Executive Leaders will be paid on Executive Qualifying Sales(As a reminder Personal Sales and Groups Sales are Award Sales minus Award Returns)

Coordinator Level

Coordinator level represents the starting point of your Advanced Leadership journey.

Key behaviours:
  • Seek out opportunities to recruit new Representatives
  • Build my own and others’ selling skills
  • Look for opportunities to advance to higher titles
  • Build a local network
In essence, it’s all about finding new Representatives to build your team!

Leader Level

On progression to Leader level, you’ll be more confident in building your team and reaching your earning potential.

  • Identify and develop other Sales Leaders
  • Coach others in building their selling skills
  • Identify target audiences to grow my network
  • Analyse and identify business growth opportunities
At Leader Level, the focus turns towards building your downline Sales Leader team.

Executive Leader Level

As an Executive Leader you’ll continue to display the behaviour of a Coordinator and Leader with a focus on developing and mentoring your team.

  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills
  • Manage and develop a large diverse network
  • Identify and mentor talent
  • Develop long term business strategies
Executive Leaders will need to support Sales Leaders as they build their Independent Avon business.

VIP Level

Planning on becoming a member of the super-elite VIP level? Mentoring is key as you benefit from building your successful business at the highest level and earn rewards you’ve only ever dreamed of.

The behaviours you display as an Executive Leader remain as important as ever as a VIP. In particular, you must continue to identify and mentor talent alongside supporting Sales Leaders as they build their business.

Advanced Leadership Training

A comprehensive training plan will be available soon to support all Sales Leaders through the transition from existing model to new Advanced Leadership.
